Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Purchases will have 14 days from the day the order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange (subject to availability). Felt Boutique will gladly accept any merchandise in its original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Acceptable returns will receive a store credit. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.
